A graduate of St. Edward’s University and Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Joe has been practicing law since 1987, representing clients across Texas in both civil and criminal cases. Rooted in the values of hard work, honesty, and compassion instilled by his parents, Joe has made it his mission to give back to his community, both through his legal practice and decades of charitable work.
